Please note that all returns are eligible for store credit only. Because our items are crafted based on specific measurement ranges rather than standard letter or numeric sizing, we strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully and take your exact measurements prior to ordering. 

As a growing small business, we do not have the financial capacity to absorb the costs associated with traditional returns. To be eligible for store credit, items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Timeframe: This policy is strictly enforced, and exceptions cannot be made.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that returns failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Made-to-order items—including feather tops, coats, and gowns—are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Because these pieces are crafted specifically for you upon receipt of your order, we are unable to accept them for return.
