Shipping

All other orders will have a 7-10 day processing time for preparing, quality control and packaging in the warehouse, please add that on to the shipping time which can take 5-7 days. 

Ostrich Feather items are custom made to order. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for production and 5-7 for shipping. Custom made dresses can take 6-8 weeks for production, please allow this time and 5-7 days for shipping. Items cannot be rushed. 

International Shipping

Regular USPS International shipping times are between 6-10 days, however, there is an option to upgrade to a faster shipping method, please refer to all shipping choices.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
