Shipping

All orders will have a 7-10 day processing time for preparing, quality control and packaging in the warehouse, please add that on to the shipping time which can take 5-7 days. Please note that choosing expedited shipping will not change our processing times. 

Ostrich Feather items such as crop tops, boleros, skirts, coats etc are custom made to order. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for production and 5-7 days for shipping.

Custom made gowns require 6-8 weeks for production, please allow this time and 5-7 days for shipping. Items cannot be rushed. If you would like to email us, we will let you know if your size is in stock. Please refer to the listing to see if it is a made to order item. 

International Shipping

Regular USPS International shipping times are between 6-10 days, however, there is an option to upgrade to a faster shipping method, please refer to all shipping choices.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
